The download went well and when we experienced problems with use, the issue was quickly diagnosed and responded to. We repeatedly used all of the addresses, hotel names, and other alternate landmarks to navigate through Peru. The data loaded in Gamin's map of Peru worked MAYBE 10% of the time. Do not waste your money on this map of Peru. Rent a GPS in Peru.
