I don't think this is necessarily an issue with MiniReg not knowing how to do 'silent' mode. I think the problem is that (assuming you are using BDEINST.DLL) bdeinst.dll does not accept a switch (that I know of) that lets *it* run in silent mode. I believe bdeinst.dll always displays its prompt for the BDE location after unpacking the BDE files from itself. As far as I know, the /s for silent mode in regsvr32 is just telling regsvr32 to not display any of its own message boxes (like for 'successful registration' notices).
