I later realized when I got to AT&T that this phone was actually not unlocked. When I returned a week later to return this phone, they stated they do not take returns.Turns out there was fine print on some signage on the windows that explained their policies and how they don't take returns. I felt tricked and recall the staff being particularly rude.

They refused to accept that they has misled me by claiming the phone was unlocked. I was so angry I wrote a review (I never write reviews and created a Yelp account to do so). 4 years later, this review was said to not fit content as it didn't look like an experience.
