9) Checked that slip files and SHFolder.dll files are in place. Confirming that they are in place. 10) Run Delphi 10.2 and confirm that it runs OK. 11) Shutdown OS using Start-Reboot. 12) Checked that slip files and SHFolder.dll files are in place. Confirming that they are in place.

13) Run Delphi 10.2 and confirm that it runs OK. Probably, my issue was because I didn't block bds.exe accessing internet in Windows Firewall for incoming/outgoing.
