Upto now I`ve been using portaflash lights- not great but cheap! I now have bought the Interfit Colorflash 300i, much more power and control etc. The only problem I have is it fires very erratically. I have been using some cheap (again) wireless triggers to fire my old lights but it doesn`t work in 3 out of 4 shots with the colorflash.

I have tried the sync cable that come with the flash but that doesn`t work in 2 out of 3 shots. Any of you clever sods out there have any idea what is going on with this lot?
